Description
Inspiration from the FOP Christmas song. 
All I know is that this is WAY better than the first entry I did.. I think this is the best Timmy I've ever drawn. (Yet again experimenting by not starting with the eyes, I think it's more efficient. ^^) And I think I did a decent background, too! ^^
Edit: Forgot to color in the space in between Norm's gotee.
I hope the credits turned out okay at the bottom.. if not:
